After weeks and weeks of rehearsing, after trying out costumes, after getting our hair and make-up ready, the moment had finally come!
Behind the stage all we could see was the band that was dancing before us. We could hear the cheering of the audience as they finished and then the voice of our teacher saying “Ok, go, guys! Have fun!”
The stage was dark as we took our places. We could hear our parents shouting out our names. The light came on in the stage and the music started playing and all the hard work behind this moment paid off. It was SO MUCH FUN! At the end, everybody was so happy! Everybody cheered us and told us what a great job we had done. It was like being a rock star!!
