The students of 8 B, made an incredible PBL in which they impersonated historical figures from WWII and took them to trial with the purpose of learning and experimenting if history could be changed. They had the trial in an american format and they presented evidences with the help of technology and Microsoft tools. The jury was composed by a panel of experts including a historian, a Microsoft representative, parents and school directors, thank you Miss Jeanene for being with us. ¡Congratulations Miss Ale and Miss Mireia, very good job!

ITJ gathers individual and group works that student created during this school year in the first Expo Art. Our Art Exposition includes works related to topics like symmetry, geometry, chromatic circle, op art, alebrijes, mandalas among others. More than 300 projects using different pictorial and sculptural techniques represent the topics taught in class. Some artists like Joan Miró, Mondrián, Jackson Pollock y Van Gogh were the axis to develop the creativity and imagination. We are proud of our students pieces of art. We hope that next year exposition will exceed our expectations.

As part of our social service program last Saturday April 25th students from 9^th grade went to San Francisco de la Palma, a little community in Queretaro to collaborate with "Banco de alimentos" and "Alimentos para la vida I.A.P." associations. The experience was incredible since we had the chance to spend some time there, share some dishes the students prepared and  hand made tortillas from the community. Students played with the kids and delivered groceries that the associations brought too. This was a great chance to have some reflection about our lives and value our usual and daily things.

Let's celebrate on Children's Day our little playful ones. Their smiles, their laughs, their loving hears that keep us up and warm. Let's celebrate, let's thank and praise the little ones we love and raise. For children with good love and care will make the best place out of Earth!

On the 23rd of April we had the honor of receiving two of the most important artists of Mexico, Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo. Frida presented her works to our students of Middle and High School, surrounded by her most famous paintings and a selection of Mexican music of the times she interpreted, resulting to a pleasurable interaction to recount some of the anecdotes on her life and works.
