Gastronomy

As a result of the Project “Know to Eat” at the end of March the students of 7th grade prepared delicious dishes for our gastronomic exhibition. Students presented healthy dishes prepared with sustainable ingredients as red beet pasta, energetic natural juices, lettuce wraps or tacos among others. All the recipes will be available in a web page that the students are developing.  Thanks to this project students and parents who attended to this presentation learned that is not enough to eat healthy food and that  it should be sustainable too, that´s why is important Know to Eat.

In-Service Day

In-Service Day is a very special moment for all ITJ teachers and staff members. Here, we practice different dynamics to reinforce the company’s philosophy and values. It is a personal space for training a team building. Live TJ!

Spring Party!

Last friday we celebrate spring as Thomas Jefferson style: with a party, inflatables, water toys, and bubbles. They also had a pic-nic with delicious food and candies. Kids had lots of fun!

What is Science?

This project involved students in investigations of compelling problems that culminate in authentic results.

Our science project grew out of challenging questions that couldn´t be answered by rote learning. It put kids in an active role such as: problem solver, decision maker, investigator, or documentarian. This project served specific, significant educational goals; visiting the school Lab, learning about the scientific method, learning about insects, planting seeds, identifying living things from nonliving, learning about life cycle and much more.
