Dejando huella

<div dir="ltr"> El pasado 25 de mayo, se llevo a cabo nuestra “4ta Caminata y Carrera de la Familia ITJ,” que se realizó en las instalaciones del Estadio y Parque Bicentenario. Fue un día de sana convivencia con toda la comunidad ITJ contando con carreras infantiles de 60 m, 100 m, 150 m. y 300 m., así como carreras de medio fondo de 3 km, 5 km y 10 km. El evento fue un éxito gracias al gran entusiasmo y disposición de nuestros alumnos y padres de familia,  así como la ayuda y participación de todas las secciones del ITJ. Agradecemos también a nuestros patrocinadores por la ayuda, accesorios y premios, que brindaron para que nuestros pequeños dejaran huella. &nbsp; </div> <iframe src="//player.vimeo.com/video/97348977" height="281" width="500" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0"></iframe> <a href="http://vimeo.com/97348977"> </a>

Hawaii IPA-TJ

<p style="text-align: justify;">"We learned from a different culture" "They made us feel more than welcome" "It was amazing to get to meet young people like us, but with a very different background and culture" These are some of the comments our 8° graders made after having the opportunity to travel to Hawaii during last April. For two weeks, they attended the Island Pacific Academy along with their pen-pals, living an unforgettable experience. Café Literario

Un rato para imaginar… los alumnos de 6º realizaron la representación teatral de cuentos clásicos, lo cual implicó el proceso de adaptación de un cuento a guión teatral con acotaciones, escenarios y los respectivos diálogos. Fue una mañana muy teatral para todos. A Peek Into the Future

Last Friday, 23<sup>rd</sup> of May we, at ITJ had the opportunity to travel in time and take a peek into the future. Our Scratch Day had come and we spent the morning playing with the programs that our kids created during the year and during the Repentina.  It was while we were going from one computer to the other when we realized that we were looking at the future. Suddenly, we could see our kids becoming famous programming engineers, adventurous scientists and groundbreaking web designers. They already amaze us, just imagine what they will do in a few years! Casa Ecológica

<p style="text-align: justify;">Es muy interesante ver cómo los alumnos desarrollaron sus ideas; primero, hacer el diseño de la casa en computadora y después fue tomando forma en su maqueta.  La colaboración en diferentes situaciones como el colocar las celdas en el ángulo adecuado junto con los circuitos conectados para el correcto funcionamiento y la resolución a problemas que se presentaban, así como la aportación de ideas, fue un verdadero trabajo en equipo, aún en maquetas que no fueran suyas. Happy Children's Day!

<p style="text-align: justify;">“Play is the highest form of research.” This doesn’t come from just anyone! Albert Einstein himself said this. But, why? Why is play the highest form of research? Because when we play, we are fully engaged. Our body and our mind are completely focused. Our attention is at its best. And what better excuse to play than Children’s Day? This year we celebrated our kids with a funfair and a casino. Between fortune tellers, bouncy castles, beauty parlor, blackjack and dice games, the day flew by. Our kids were fully engaged, focused, their attention at its best. At the end we all left with our hearts full of laughter and joy, because nothing beats playing with kids. So, Play!
